We understand plans change. Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Inside 7 days, the deposit is retained to cover reserved time. Rescheduling is always free if we have availability.

We require a $100 deposit for most bookings to secure your date and schedule our team accordingly. For larger events or higher total prices, we may request a larger deposit — we'll always communicate this clearly when you request your quote. Your booking is confirmed the moment we receive the deposit.
